Rohit has held roles of increasing responsibility managing budgets of >1B$ and led global teams in excess of 100 people in The Global Procurement & Supply Chain Function. Currently he is the Chief Procurement & Supply Chain Officer and Investor in Sunrise Medical, a Private Equity Fund owned Health Care company. Prior to residing in Germany, Rohit has lived and worked in India, Saudi Arabia, Holland, USA, China, France and has travelled to over 40 countries.

Beyond a Global Procurement Career of over 15 years, he strongly believes in “enabling” people to succeed, “paying it forward” and promoting “diversity”. It is this love for mentoring and coaching that has made him allocate a few hours per week to mentoring, coaching, and sponsoring high potential/ committed individuals to discover and fulfill their career aspirations.

Over the last 3 years Rohit has successfully coached >15 high potential individuals to get jobs they desired; helped high potential talent to prepare for interviews, explore career transitions, secure promotions, negotiate contracts etc.
